We read the filings.
You render the verdict

Every public company files the evidence against itself. Insider sales, auditor resignations, restatements, going-concern warnings — all of it public the day it’s filed, and almost none of it read.

Long or Short is financial journalism built on those documents. We lay out what the filing shows, in order, with the source linked. Then you call it: long or short.

  • 01 Primary documents only. SEC filings, court records, disclosure reports. If we can’t show the receipt, we don’t say it.
  • 02 Never advice. We report what a filing says. We never tell you what a stock will do, and we never will.
  • 03 You get it first. Subscribers see flagged filings before they become stories.
